If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Urban Pet Glam offers an exchange only program provided you return the unused item within 15 days from date of purchase.

Step 1. Visit the "Contact Us" page tab; include your name, email, and reason for the return.

Step 2. Pack up the UNUSED necklace in its ORIGINAL packaging. Ship** your package by mail to: 6822 22nd Ave N. #157, St. Petersburg, FL 33710 and include your, name, shipping address, and email in the package.

Step 3. Once your package has been received & inspected, you'll receive notification to select another necklace of equal or lesser value than the one you purchased. No other credit or refund will be issued if you choose a lesser value item.

 **Note: All customers will be required to incur the cost of any RETURN shipping themselves.

Urban Pet Glam reserves the right to reject any exchange if the item appears to be used or damaged and is not liable to incur the cost to return used/damaged item(s) back to you at the expense of Urban Pet Glam.
